Purchasing a BRYTE BED™ is designed to be a worry-free experience, where we take care of all the details, so you can rest easy.
Prior to shipment, you may cancel your order at any time without penalty. Contact BRYTE via email at email@example.com to cancel your order.
With the purchase of a BRYTE BED, we will arrange for complimentary home delivery and in-home set up. We will also remove your old mattress at your request.
To ensure your satisfaction, your BRYTE BED may be returned to us for a full refund within 365 days from the original purchase date, provided your bed is clean, undamaged, and used as expected with care.
Accessories may be returned for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
The Special Edition Bed Frame is not returnable or refundable.

BRYTE will be with you beyond your initial purchase. As part of our Traditional Warranty, which is included with your BRYTE BED, your good night’s sleep will be supported by:
- Ongoing feedback
Over-the-air updates and remote connectivity to improve your BRYTE BED experience over time and allow remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Individual care
Although we don’t expect this to happen very often, if your BRYTE BED requires a BRYTE Care Specialist, service will be quick and seamless—and complimentary.
