I am having trouble setting up wifi.

During setup, you will connect your bed to your home wifi network. 


  • Check your bed's power supply

Make sure your bed is plugged in to your surge protector, and that your surge protector is plugged into the wall.

If both are plugged in, plug another device into the surge protector to be sure it is receiving power.


  • Make sure your bluetooth is enabled.

Before connecting to wifi, you will need to communicate with bed via bluetooth. See this article if you're having trouble with bluetooth.


  • Reboot your phone & bed

Restart your phone and reboot your bed by unplugging it, waiting one minute, and plugging it back in.


  • Move your router closer to your bed or install a repeater.

If your app is still unable to find a network, or you find a network but have poor strength, try moving your router closer to your bedroom. You can also use a wifi repeater to increase your signal strength.
