My Hue lights are not found during setup.

If it's your first time setting up Hue, find getting started instructions here.

If you are still having trouble, try these solutions:


  • Make sure you have created a room.

For help using the Hue app, visit their support site.


  • Move closer to your Hue Bridge during setup.

Bring your phone near your Hue Bridge to receive a stronger signal.


  • Unplug the hub.

Restart the hub and try again.
