My bed was too warm while I was sleeping.

  • Check your settings

Double check your preheat settings. If your bed is set to be “warm,” consider adjusting it to "cool" or “no change."

You can also disable overnight temperature regulation. See this article to learn how: "How do I adjust the temperature of my bed?"

  • Check your bed's power supply

Make sure your bed is plugged in to your surge protector, and that your surge protector is plugged into the wall.

If both are plugged in, plug another device into the surge protector to be sure it is receiving power.

  • Check your bed's wifi or bluetooth connection

Your bed needs a steady wifi or bluetooth connection in order to receive updated settings from your app.

See this article if you're having trouble connecting: "I am not able to connect to my bed."

  • Consider your bedding

If your bedding is thick or heavy, it will hold in heat longer and cause you and your bed to feel warmer.

  • Consider your room temperature and nearby windows

If your bed is in a warm room or placed near any source of warm air, it will take longer to reach cool temperatures.

If you are able, adjust the room temperature or rearrange your bed, and you should see your bed’s performance improve.

See this article for tips on arranging your bed: "Positioning your bed."

  • Run a health check

You can run a quick test to make sure your bed is functioning properly.

See this article for how to run that test: "How do I run a Health Check?"

  • Reboot your phone & bed

Restart your phone, and reboot your bed by unplugging it, waiting one minute, and plugging it back in.
