Using your Bryte App on your mobile phone: 

Request help from your mobile phone using the BRYTE App. 

Please know that requesting help in the mobile app is the only way we are able to identify and diagnose issues with your particular bed. 

To request help, tap the Settings menu in the top right corner, scroll down to Support, and tap "Get Help."
