BRYTE Account vs Anonymous Account

We value your privacy, so our default user account keeps your identity anonymous. However, we understand there may be scenarios when that is a hindrance. 

For example, if you switch from iOS to Android, you will be unable to use your iCloud to access your BRYTE sleeper data. Our solution is an additional account type that links your sleeper data to an email address. We call it the BRYTE Account.

  • Anonymous Account
  • Default option
  • Sleeper data identified in the BRYTE Cloud as an anonymous iCloud or Google Drive user
  • Bed and sleeper profile ID's are provided to BAT Support only when help is requested within the app
  • Helpdesk stores user contact information (phone number, address) and destroys bed and sleeper ID's upon issue resolution
  • Can only be accessed by user currently logged into iCloud or Google Drive on their device

  • BRYTE Account
  • Option created upon explicit consent
  • Sleeper data identified in the BRYTE Cloud by email address
  • Bed and sleeper profile ID's are provided to BAT Support only when help is requested within the app
  • Helpdesk stores user contact information (phone number, address) and destroys bed and sleeper ID's upon issue resolution
  • Can be access by user logging into BRYTE App on any device
  • Required to migrate data between mobile platforms (ie, iOS or Android)
