Follow these steps if you're having trouble connecting to your bed.
Make sure your bed is plugged in to your surge protector, and that your surge protector is plugged into the wall.
If both are plugged in, plug another device into the surge protector to be sure it is receiving power.
You will need to have wifi, cellular, or bluetooth enabled on your phone in order to communicate with your bed.
See if another device in your home can connect to your wifi network.
If not, contact your internet provider for support.
See if your phone can connect to another bluetooth device.
Double check that your bed has a wifi network.
Go to Settings > your bed > and Bed WiFi. If you have set up a wifi network, you will see it under "Network Name."
If you're having problem's, see "I am having trouble setting up wifi."
Restart your phone, and reboot your bed by unplugging it, waiting one minute, and plugging it back in.
If your app is still unable to find a network, or you find a network but have poor strength, try moving your router closer to your bedroom. You can also use a wifi extender to increase your signal strength.
