When I start the Lull manually, nothing happens.

It may take a few moments to feel the Lull. If you have waited and nothing happens, here's a list of steps.


  • Check your bed's power supply

Make sure your bed is plugged in to your surge protector, and that your surge protector is plugged into the wall.

If both are plugged in, plug another device into the surge protector to be sure it is receiving power.


  • Check that you are connected to your bed

You will need to have wifi, cellular, or bluetooth enabled on your phone in order to communicate with your bed.

  • Run a health check

You can run a quick test to make sure your bed is functioning properly.

If anything fails, please contact us.


  • Reboot your phone & bed

Restart your phone, and reboot your bed by unplugging it, waiting one minute, and plugging it back in.
