If you are not able to adjust your Hue lights within the BRYTE App, the following solutions may help.
Double check that your lights are receiving power.
Make sure that your light switch is in the "On" position, or that your lamp is both plugged in and switched "On."
You will need to have wifi, cellular, or bluetooth enabled on your phone in order to communicate with your bed.
See this article for help connecting to your bed: "I am not able to connect to my bed."
Your bed, phone, and Hue need to be connected to the same network in order to work together.
To test whether your phone can connect to your Hue lights, open the Hue app.
If it fails to connect, make sure your phone has wifi enabled and is using the same network as your lights.
If your phone is able to connect to your lights, make sure your bed is also on the same wifi network.
Go to Settings > your bed > Bed Wifi and check that the "Network Name" matches your phone and lights' network.
See this article if you are having trouble connecting to your bed: "I am not able to connect to my bed."
Delete your Hue integration by going to Settings > your bed > Connected Integrations.
Click on "Philips hue lights" to delete.
See this article to walk through steps to re-integrate your Hue lights: "Setting up Hue with your bed."
Restart your phone, bed, and bridge by powering off, waiting one minute, and powering back on.
