I am not able to update my bed settings while away from home.

If you are trying to change a setting on your bed while away, your bed may have lost power or wifi connection.

If you bed should be powered on and connected, try the following steps:


  • Check that your phone is connected to your bed

You will need to have wifi or cellular enabled on your phone in order to communicate with your bed remotely. 

If you're not sure how, see Apple Support or Android Support.

  • To control Hue lights remotely, make sure you have a Hue account

Visit Hue Support to learn how.


  • Reboot your phone

Restart your device, wait one minute, and try connecting again.
