What you need to know about temperature & sleep

Are you frequently too hot or too cold when you sleep? Waking up in the night due to temperature is a very common annoyance.

When we fall asleep, our body temperature naturally decreases. Therefore, having the bedroom temperature at or around 66 degrees Fahrenheit can promote falling asleep faster and staying asleep. You see, if the bedroom is either too warm or too cool, it can cause restlessness throughout the night which can then disrupt REM sleep, ultimately causing a less than ideal night of sleep.

Thankfully, the Bryte Bed works with your natural body temperature to keep you asleep. It works to maintain your body temperature using science-based algorithms meant to keep you in a longer, more restful sleep.
